There's a war between Cell C, @Telkom SA & @Eskom on who can give the shittiest service....5FM Dj phones Eskom complaining his electricity has been off 4a week already, despite calling a week ago...Darling dearest on the other end instructs him 2 get candles & him how is he's charging his phone, tunes him grief 4 complaining that she is ordering lunch while he is talking, little did she know it was on air. The Award for Best New Corporate Image goes to Cell C...
Cell C & their advertising agency have captured the true essence of their new corporate image, a total revamp of their corporate colours, logo, sommer alles eksé!
The mindset of this new image goes in line with their bullshit baffles brains approach to their clients, I mean 4G, we the first to get 4G before anyone else?? It's a 3G wolf in sheep's clothing...for long enough we have been ripped off by high prices and shitty service, now they think that by re-branding and dropping their prices to what it should of been a very long time ago, they can feed us this hog wash and expect it to fly, among the masses yes maybe, but not this soon to be ex-client of theirs.
Please understand that I am not going out of my way here...I'm just merely stating the facts...Congratulations Cell C, your new corporate image is an exact resemblance of your service delivery and service levels....shit! In 2 months time I port 3 contracts over to a more customer driven service provider with more stability, more coverage and more respect for its clients.
